- Amanda Riley T/A Fashion Rebellion grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use Fashion Rebellion video lessons hosted solely for non-commercial educational purposes on school premises, strictly in accordance with these terms and conditions. Where Fashion Rebellion allows, lessons & Group Leader training information may be downloaded by the user for the aforementioned purposes; however, no license is granted for the download, recording or reproduction of lesson videos or supporting documents for any reason.

- The contents of the pages of this website are for your schools general information and use only on your school premises.

- Your use of any information or materials on this website is entirely at your own risk, for which we shall not be liable. It shall be your own responsibility to ensure that any products, services or information made available through this website meet your specific requirements and with appropriate adult supervision during sessions.

- This website contains material, which is owned by us. This material includes, but is not limited to, the design, layout, look, appearance and graphics of our website. Reproduction is strictly prohibited, other than in accordance with the copyright notice, which forms part of these terms and conditions.

- Unauthorised use of this website may lead to a claim for damages and/or be a criminal offence.

- From time to time, this website may also include links to other websites, as well as links to blogs and social media platforms. We provide these links for your convenience. BILLING INFORMATION

Payment will be charged monthly in advance. In the event Amanda Riley T/A Fashion Rebellion cannot charge the Payment Method you provide we reserve the right to terminate your order and invoice you for any unpaid amounts. You must promptly notify us if your Payment Method is cancelled. If you fail to notify us, you remain responsible for any continued charges to the Payment Method you provided.

RULES FOR ALL USERS:

Fashion Rebellion is an educational programme. When you subscribe to the Site, you agree to the following rules:

1. You will accept all of the terms and conditions including the cancellation policy listed in the Service when you agree to subscribe to Fashion Rebellion. 2. You will follow all reasonable rules overseen by a Group Leader with respect to a class. 3. You may access video content for your information and personal use on school premises only.

4. You will not copy any materials or techniques for purposes of your own or others’ classes.

5. Amanda Riley T/A Fashion Rebellion reserves the right to delete or suspend your account if you violate any of our rules, or at any time and for any reason.

The entire contents of the Service are protected by international copyright and trademark laws and other proprietary rights. Please note that the intellectual property rights & trademarks in all content comprising or contained within this website address are owned by Amanda Riley T/A Fashion Rebellion.

YOU MAY NOT MODIFY, COPY, REPRODUCE, REPUBLISH, UPLOAD, POST, TRANSMIT, SHARE OR DISTRIBUTE, IN ANY MANNER, THE MATERIAL ON THE SERVICE, INCLUDING TEXT, GRAPHICS, VIDEO, CODE, DOCUMENTS AND/OR SOFTWARE.

You may print and download portions of material from the different areas of the Service solely for non-commercial educational purposes for use on school premises provided that you agree not to change or delete any copyright or proprietary notices from the materials, and not to share any material that you paid for with anyone else who has not also purchased a license for that material.
