BILLING

Your Fashion Rebellion membership will continue and automatically renew until terminated. To use  the Fashion Rebellion service you must have internet access and provide us with one or more payment methods. “Payment Method” means a current, valid, accepted method of payment, (Visa,  MasterCard, or Direct Debit) as may be updated from time to time. 

Billing Cycle 

Subscription fees for the Fashion Rebellion service and other charges you may incur in connection with your use of the service will be charged to your payment method on the specific payment date that coincides with the date of your billing enrolment. The length of your billing cycle is 30 days.  Subscription fees are fully earned upon payment. Visit our website and click on “My Account”>  “Order History” to see your next payment date. 

Payment Methods 

To use the Fashion Rebellion service fully you must provide one or more payment methods. You authorise us to charge any payment method associated with your account in case your primary payment method is declined or no longer available to us for payment of your subscription fee. You remain responsible for any uncollected amounts. If payment is not successfully settled, due to expiration, insufficient funds, or otherwise, and you do not cancel your account, we may suspend your access to the service until we have successfully charged a valid payment method. For some payment methods, the issuer may charge you certain fees, such as foreign transaction fees or other fees relating to the processing of your payment method. Check with your payment method service provider for details. 

Updating your Payment Methods 

You can update your payment method by going to the “My Account” page, select “Billing”> “Add  Card”. You can then proceed to input the new card number, then select “Add”. Following any update, you authorise us to continue to charge the applicable payment method(s). Please be  advised that following any payment method updates or declined payments, if the account is suspended you must contact customer service at amanda@fashionrebellion.co.uk to process the payment and reactive the account. 

Cancellation 

We require one months notice in writing to cancel the programme. Go to the “My Account” page on our website, select “Subscriptions”, and  cancel. If you cancel your subscription, you will terminate access immediately. You can also email customer service at amanda@fashionrebellion.co.uk to assist with canceling your membership and you will continue to have access to Fashion Rebellion through the end of your billing cycle. 

No Refunds 

Payments are nonrefundable and there are no refunds or credits for partially used membership period. Following any customer service assisted cancellation, however, you will continue to have access to the service through the end of your current billing cycle.
